Facilities on the island include 17,000 sq Ft of hard stand space, 2 fully enclosed work halls, measuring
70 M x 29 M x 24 M, 2 travel lifts, with max. capacity of 500 Ton, and one 450 ton floating dock. All
these facilities were custom built for the Luxury Yacht Market, and opened by the Malaysian Prime
Minister in 2002, providing the cleanest and most modern facilities in the region.
 Utilizing
our own industry professionals, and the abundant economical local work force, combined with Langkawi's
duty free import status for all your materials, we can complete your work list on time, and on budget.
Crew accommodation can be arranged, with a wide variety of Condominiums, Town Houses, and Self Contained
units close to the Yard and Main town.
Transportation is very economical, and virtually any size vehicle can be arranged for the duration of
your stay.
Air conditioned offices with Phone Fax and Email access are also available on request.
During your refit, the crew can take time to enjoy the wonders
of this island paradise. We have many hotels, from 5 star to back packer bungalows, 3 golf courses,
dozens of pristine beaches, abundant water sports, internationally renowned restaurants, and duty free
shopping, enough to occupy even the most demanding of crew members.
Alternatively, with it's international airport, Langkawi is the perfect place to dispatch your crew for
their annual leave periods, connecting through Singapore to any destination worldwide.
